All plans are based on your document processing needs and include your first case analysis free, complete access to all features, HIPAA-compliant protection, and expert support whenever you need it.

*Based on an average case size of 2,000 pages (2,500 for workers’ compensation cases).
**Any potential overages will be indicated before processing your uploaded documents with the option to upgrade to a higher tier plan or switch to Pay-as-you-go, if you’d like. For the Pay-as-you-go plan, an estimate will always be provided before processing your documents.

What will happen if I cancel a plan? Will I lose access to my past cases?
No, you will not lose access to your previously processed cases. You can continue to view and download all documents processed while your subscription was active. However, uploading new documents or using advanced features will be disabled unless you reactivate your plan.
What if I need to add documents to a case I’ve already processed?
You can add documents to existing cases anytime, as long as your current plan covers the additional pages. If your quota is exceeded, we’ll give you the option to upgrade or switch to our flexible usage-based plan before processing continues.
